When Hope Calls

1 Timothy 1:1 calls Jesus our Hope. One day Moses was looking after the sheep at Mt. Horeb when he heard his name “Moses, Moses.” Hope called for the release of the Israelite nation from slavery. A man with a past of murderer was summoned by Hope and led a nation to freedom. Hagar wept desperately in the desert as her son laid limp and dying, when Hope called from Heaven, “What’s the matter, Hagar?” A nation was raised as a result. Saul was on the mission to kill the Christians when Hope called his name, “Saul, Saul, why do you persucute me?” Paul (Saul) then wrote over half of the New Testament and initiated the global expansion of Christianity. All because Hope called. Friend, Hope is calling your name. Are you listening?
